Dr. Ellie is simply the best in the business. I’ve had on and off pain and fear of movement due to this pain for years. Ellie not only coached me through it mentally, but helped me manage it through setting goals, finding other professionals to help me, and guiding me in exercises that I COULD do. She made me feel powerful, confident, and able. If you are struggling with finding a place for you in the workout world, Ellie is your doctor. I’ve never felt more comfortable at PT than I did with Ellie. Thank you Sisu!
I had been to multiple PTs and doctors for over a year, trying to figure out how to get my elbow better and get me climbing again (and then, get me recovering from my concussion when that happened too!). Ellie is the one who really turned me around. She has a fresh perspective on pain management and being active, a relentlessly positive attitude, and genuine care for my well-being. Highly recommended.
I felt EMPOWERED! I felt like I was in control of my own body and my recovery.
My experience was very successful since the pain I was having with my back has disappeared.
It was a great experience. Very informative and it made me think about rehab/prehab in a different way. You had a different approach to rehabbing my injury than anything I’ve heard before so I was excited to see if it would work. It did. Now that I’m looking back and still in the rehab process, it makes perfect sense. I also like that you reference scientific material often because it’s hard to argue with hard evidence.
Thank you so much for all your help, guidance and encouragement to get stronger and to achieve my goal. I honestly don’t think I could have done it safely without your help. My experience proved to me that even though my knee isn’t perfect, I don’t have to let it hold me back from things I want to do.
Usually after meeting with you I have felt physically tired and emotionally inspired and hopeful. I am back to playing soccer, feeling comfortable with my pain, and running for (almost) fun!
Overall it gave me the confidence to get back into the gym and not to be as fearful with my movements. For me its always a rollercoaster with my body its slow going but right now its on an upward trajectory.
