Run coaching is a programming option meant for runners looking to improve their running performance and do so under the guidance of a person who understands injury risk and competitive drive.
I provide run coaching to a select number of female athletes only, who have struggled with ongoing or recurrent injury and are in need of a new perspective and training plan.
If you need guidance in your training and have goals that have been hard to reach as a result of pain or injury, this is a great option for you.
